(1) If you were allotted a seat in an IIT or ISM - approach the respective Institute. (2) If your seat was cancelled [dual reporting cases; invalid certificates, Class XII performance, other such reasons] OR you paid seat acceptance fee but did not report for document verification - approach NIT Patna. Note that IIT Bombay has already transferred seat acceptance fee to respective IITs-ISM for candidate of type (1) above and fee of all other candidates to NIT Patna [since they were conducting special round of admission].
